Currently we only ship within India. We're working on international shipping and will announce it on our Journal and social channels once available.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare and consumable products, opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Email hello@regalroots.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process — refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

We're sorry if that happens! Please email us photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Our skincare products are formulated to be gentle, but as with any new product, we recommend a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before full use, especially if you have known sensitivities.

Yes, all products are clearly labelled with a manufacturing and expiry date. Powders and capsules typically have a shelf life of 18-24 months; oils and serums 12-18 months when stored properly.
